I didn't want to watch it at first then I tried it out and it ended up being really good but I wished the romance towards the end would make more sense cos I lost track of who the girlfriend was

Had great start to the series but did not manage to maintain the momentum for the 2nd sub-plot. Was enjoyable and surprisingly romantic. Just wish they did more with it and kept it going.. Still recommend it to those who do not like animes which drag on.

I used to play an MMORPG and one of my friends there told me to watch this. At first I really loved it. You know the MMORPG thing was really exciting. But then I gave it some time and realized that it's not a "die for" anime like FMA Brotherhood or Fate/Zero. The animation is excellent, the story is fresh enough but the dialogues are poor and predictable. Where as the "Title" promises action but what it really delivers is GOOEY LOVE. The actions that actually appear are not hardcore. And the second season is a total "LAND SLIDE". Furthermore, if (read more)

The First 14 episodes were wonderful. Being an RPG fan myself , I damn well know how easily you can kick the bucket if you wonder into the wrong territory :P . That's what made this series so sublime. Being trapped in a game where your mind is the controller and sharing the same fate as your character is riveting. There are deaths that could make you weep and moments that make you smile, aaaand plot twisters. Then came the 2nd half of the series and it just ruined all that was good. The intensity was gone, a peeving lead character introduced and (read more)

I found this show kinda intriguing at first, but I felt like it just went down the hill. I think all the romance killed the action for me, but we all gotta admit... Asuna's quite the girl. I would love to marry her if she was real.

I must admit, SAO is a good anime. The plot is good, but just like any other seinen animes, we all know the protagonist(Kirito) would win in the end. It's expected. The ending is expected. Just don't be disappointed that there's a little bit of incest here and there. And the second half of the anime is disappointing. A whole new world that is created and it is just chucked one side. The main pairing is Kirito x Asuna, which there are many fanservice in some of the episodes itself.

Sword Art Online took me by surprise to be honest. This was an anime that I had heard about and was going to get around to watching eventually. Im so glad that I went against that and watched it through and through. This is the kind of Anime i've been angling for for a little while now. I really admire they way that the relationship is built between Kirto and Asuna and how they stick together.

I wanted a lot from this anime and so far I've gotten just that. I've gotten what I came to expect from an anime that uses this kind of setting for a (read more)
