It takes place at a private Japanese academy dedicated to the study of the occult, and haunted by strange phenomena. The story revolves around Maya - the daughter of the school's president who died in 1999, and "Time Agent" Uchida - a mysterious man who travels back in time from 2012, who was once a "spoon-bending" boy.

The story centers around Ryoko Okami, a high school freshman girl known for her fierce looks, unusual canine teeth when she smiles, and wild demeanor. (Her family name is homonymous with the Japanese word for “wolf.”) Ringo Akai is a short high school freshman girl with seemingly cute, angelic looks but a dark demeanor. (Her name is a Japanese wordplay on “apple” and “Red Riding Hood.”) Together with their odd friends, the two fight to change the world, one issue at a time.

Mitsudomoe centers around the comedic misadventures of the michevious Marui triplets of Class 6-3: The precocious and sadistic girl Mitsuba, the lecherous muscle girl Futaba, and the somewhat mysterious girl hitoha.

The story takes place in a trading city Ert'Aria. Leicester Maycraft is an item engineer belonging to an adventurer guild "Oasis". One night, he is at a party with his friends to see a meteor stream on the rooftop of a chapel. One meteor grazes them and hits the steeple of the chapel. There he finds a secret room and a sleeping girl. The girl wakes up and says "You must be my father!". The encounter with the mysterious girl brings an unexpected adventure to Leicester.

Sekirei: Pure Engagement is the continuation to the first season. It follow the lazy but intelligent Minato Sahashi, who becomes the master of a girl called Musibi, one of the 108 Sekirei. They are beautiful men and women that fight in a competition held by the mysterious MBI corporation.

Little is known of the actual story content of the anime, apart from that it will involve battles based on the Sengoku period and will follow a more traditional setting. It is meant to coincide with the release of new toy straps and capsules.
