| Summary: |
The story revolves around Mahiro Fuwa, a teenager whose family was mysteriously murdered one year before and his friend Yoshino Takigawa. Mahiro is contacted by Hakase Kusaribe, the leader of the Kusaribe clan who was left stranded on an unknown desert island by her followers, and agrees to help Hakase in exchange of her help to find out the culprit for the death of his family. Upon learining of his friend's intentions, Yoshino joins him on his quest to stand against the Kusaribe clan who intends to awake the "Tree of Zetsuen" whose power can bring ruin to the entire world.

This is an excellent anime, it literally takes u on a fun ride, its thrilling and full of twists in such a way that u keep guessing till the end. Its slow on action but it makes up for all that in the dialogue u'll love the reasoning, arguments, counter-arguments and logic in this anime. Hamlet and Tempest quotes used makes it even more impressive.

One of the best anime's of fall 2012.. this show was so awesome that you can't stop yourself from watching it till the very end.. Nice plot and story the intricacy of including Shakespeare's Hamlet & Tempest surely add to the twist. I love the characters especially Tetsuma he's kinda cute in some way... but off course Ilove the tandem of Mahiro & Yoshino.... science fiction, suspense, catastrophe, tragedy, Shakespeare! Suge!

Awesome anime with an awesome story with just the right amount of romance but a little slow on action but the action in the story is great. Anime can stand still at some stages but will never bore because of the plot twists. >ATK

Zetsuen no Tempest is a supernatural action type of anime with a hint of romance. The intricacy of the plot makes the anime interesting and no part of the anime seems corny or overused like how most sci fi anime are like. Kind of interesting to find out what happens next...

it has a wonderful animation (in my opinion) and the dialogues are quite brilliant many surprises happen even in the very first episode you can see many things happened . i find a little romantic .but honestly its supernatural events are so huge even in the first episode you can compare it to great anime's like bleach or so
I ENJOY IT A LOT .
