Lloyd is a novice adventurer whose dream is to discover "true strength" in the capital he's always admired, despite growing up with neighbors who always considered him weak. The story starts with him departing from his hometown, which just so happens to be located right next to...one of the most dangerous dungeons in the world?! Lloyd may think of himself as powerless, but when he goes to the city that serves as the starter town for adventurers, the difference between him and everyone else couldn't be starker! |

I absolutely hate characters like the main protagonist here. Someone who is somehow completely oblivious to everything that's going on around him. He literally goes around saving people while still thinking he's weaker than them or they're trying to teach him some profound lesson. Drives me nuts to watch that level of idiocy.
Also even though being this super plain imbecile he has a "harem" following him. Maybe if he was really heroic in his actions and appearance sure but he's just a plain kid whos as mentioned oblivious to everything.

Even his reasoning behind some of the things he see's is ridiculous, just so he can say essentially ah so that's why I'm so weak. It gets old really fast, at least give us some character development.
The story is also really slow moving so by the time you get to the end of the season it feels like that should be the half way point, it just starts getting into it.
The humor is pretty good so if your in it to get a few laughs you will definitely find those here.
I cant really recommend this as a must watch. I can say if your looking for like a "Filler" this will be fine to watch. ( show less)

Harem anime that plays upon a few "RPG" tropes, with a shota and his thirsty harem.
Uninventive, non-creative, non-redeeming in any way. With luck, it may help if extremely bored.
