simply put this is just a bad quality upload
it looks like someone recorded an old beat up vhs copy of it.
this saddens me because the idea of the anime runs along the lines of something i would really really like
SO PLEASE IF SOMEONE ELSE CAN UPLOAD HIGHER QUALITY PLEASE DO SO
(dont take the star rating review seriously because due to quality i didnt make it through first episode but the beginning of it seemed awesome)
