Last Exile: Fam, the Silver Wing is a new original tale in the Last Exile universe. It features new characters, new mechanics and an all new story centered around the young ace vanship pilot, Fam, and her trusted navigator, Giselle, as they pilot their vanship, Vespa, through the free and peaceful skies.
"I've made up my mind! I'm going to steal that ship!"
All source of life originates from the Grand Lake.
At this very sacred lake, the battle of Ades Federation and Turan Kingdom has begun. Ades Federation, armed with crushing force and massive battleships and its sights set to conquer the world, invade the Turan Kingdom. With the Ades troops heading to their beloved country, Turan now lies at the brink of collapse. The princesses of Turan (Millia il Velch Cutrettola Turan and Liliana il Grazioso Merlo Turan) look on as a small vanship named Vespa cruises above their heads.
"We'll steal your flagship from now, from this battle field!"
The Vespa continues to weave through the barrage of bombs, while the fleets of Ades close in on Turan.

It have a great animation but the plot still lacked something, it is kinda predictable if you watched the first season.

I like this anime quite a bit, to the point that I wish the story from between the original series and this one were available in anime form too; from what I understand, it only came out in manga form, and I don't know where to find that.
But episode 20 of Fam Silver Wing is past its expected upload date; it already exists on multiple streaming-only sites. Why the delay?

Just watch the 1st episode..story- i don't quite grab it yet..its a bit chaotic for me..BUT, im just impressed with the intricate details of this animation.. really..it doesn't look cheap at all. Try connect this to your large screen TV..its like you're flying with Fam..i enjoyed the ride. Appreciate the art.. really. (but i haven't continue the 2ep though..hihi). Hope i've done justice to this anime.. (wat's up with the name Fam anyway?).
