So with lots of down-time this season as I away for next week's episodes I decided to revisit releases of years passed. Looking for something with some adventure to it, I stumbled across this.

Let me start off by noting that the first episode is a complete troll. It is quite the humorous troll, but a troll none-the-less. Once you get past this is when the story truly begins. The story is, in truth, quite deep, and it's hard to see the series as merely a young man with huge dreams (or delusions, whichever you prefer) of heroism on a journey to make it come true. There are many other events surrounding this boy on his journey, such as his party's lack of experience in "climbing" this giant tower, the various traps, monsters, and other mysteries that will keep you coming for more. I wouldn't call the mood of this anime light-hearted, but you'll certainly fight a decent serving of lolz.

Wondering about the rpg-ish setting? Well, it is mainly because the anime is based upon an rpg of the same name. (show less)

word of advice watch the special of this anime after you watch the first episode so that the timeline is not messed up, if you did not watch it already and this first episode is a dream so it is alot more ridiculous then the anime actually is so dont just base the show off of it if you are like me and watch the first episode and judge it, cause i download lots of anime and see which ones i should watch ifyou are judge it by the special (show less)
