This Anime has a very good animation & character design. Althoug the story isn't special but if you watch "Railgun" after this you'll know that this anime has a interesting story line.

The base story is about supernatural power (Psycho power & Magical power) but still has good action-fighting scene.

In my country this anime has some character that favorite and still talk about untill now.
