This is a story of a young and tragic love, set in the aerial city of Neo Verona. Tyranny rules this island in the sky after the Montague family took control 14 years prior. The disparity among the wealthy and poor is apparent in the present state, the earth dries and water stagnates. The sky itself is wrapped in a deep dense fog. Both Romeo and Juliet's lineages are of present and past ruling families of Neo Verona. Romeo is the son of the current Montague dictator, Juliet (a beautiful woman) masquerades as a man (Odin), she's the last descendent of Capulet the previous rulers who were killed by an assasin's dagger 14 years ago. Her true background is not to be revealed to her until her 16th birthday. The cruel hands of fate introduces 2 people who will become "Star Crossed Lovers". |

practically everyone known the story of romeo and Juliet, it;s a really romantic story but with a sad ending still you'll love it, for those who don't know the story of romeo and Juliet is originally made from someone called Shakespeare know if i wrote it wrong or right_ this man was specialized in writing romantic novel and he was really good at it, anyway, the story that the original writer wrote was good still this anime is even better, if you haven't yet heard the original story i really recommend it to you to see the anime yet even if you've heard the original story_i heard it and still loved the anime_ it was also recommend it to you either way the story is mixed with emotions and is just perfect if i would explain the story to you it would be a spoiler so i won't say anything but only one thing:
SPOILER(for those who haven't heard the original story/and maybe even for those who have heard it):
in the original story both romeo and Juliet die and it doesn't change in this anime, they still die...
*i hope you liked my review, this anime is definitely worth the watch, the soundtracks are amazing and so is the opening theme_probably everyone has heard it_ and so is the ending theme, so anyway you have to watch for those you really like romantic amines i totally recommend this anime to them... :) have fun :)
