Summary:
Naruto Shippuuden is the continuation of the original animated TV series Naruto.The story revolves around an older and slightly more matured Uzumaki Naruto and his quest to save his friend Uchiha Sasuke from the grips of the snake-like Shinobi, Orochimaru. After 2 and a half years Naruto finally returns to his village of Konoha, and sets about putting his ambitions to work, though it will not be easy, as He has amassed a few (more dangerous) enemies, in the likes of the shinobi organization; Akatsuki.

pros
+ wide chara variety with realistic emotions and interaction and a wide variety of fighting styles
+ no plot holes
+ soundtrack fits very well with the scenes
cons
- lots of fillers that don't have to do with the storyline, plot basically stagnates
- animation even of the recent eps can't stand with fellow 2011/12 animes
- dialogue's the same as in any other shounen anime
conclusion: skip the fillers, or stick to the manga, then this might be pretty good for a shounen anime. if you like supernatural action, some emotion, and something freaking long (and don't mind if it gets slow), this might be your cup of tea. for me personally, this kinda lost its flavour after being on air for so long - story's stagnating and animation's nothing to get hyped about.
