Edo-period at Japan suffers a big cultural shock. First, the aliens invaded the earth, overpowered the nation’s government, disbanded carrying swords for the once proud samurais. moreover; these aliens took the people’ jobs and are currently running a sweatshop using them as laborers. going with the flow, Sakata Gintoki, an enigmatic vagrant samurai whose personal trademark is not only his naturally permed silver hair but also his love of anything sweet and addiction Shounen Jump is making a life out of this chaotic era. He is self employed in a do-it-all shop named Yoruzuya Gin-chan who offers any job for any amount of money. Their jobs range from searching lost kittens and saving the world.
Sakata Gintoki is a samurai living in an era when samurais are no longer needed. To add to his troubles, oppressive aliens have moved in to invade. Gintoki lives with Kagura and Shinpachi, taking on odd jobs to make the world a better place...and to pay their rent. |

Stupidity is really contagious,i guess...Gintama is a rare shounen,no goals and dreamy things like Naruto,Death Note,One Piece & Bleach but still this anime deserve to make more episode because they really struck my heart..what anime can really do like all those things?Only in Gintama,those things happened.Only Gintama can do parody for other anime. Honestly,i already heard about this anime long time ago,but don't know what kind of anime it is so,i don't really took much attention for this anime back then..but i have to say now whenever i'm boring,angry,sad,take a rest,before sleep,after school or give up for watching animes..i'll watch Gintama again to regain my interest back,.with Gintama,i really can laugh and enjoying my life now,.it really relaxing my mind but yeah..stupidity is really contagious..I'm waiting in April 2015... Watch out! maybe this show is really funny and hilarious but they will be serious and more complicated issues will happen,for now go read manga..both are equally good quality,if you read manga you will more excited to watch its animation then..For Beginner,starts with anime and then read manga..Both are good,okay this is my longest review..for gintama i really spirit up! All hail Gorilla-san a.k.a Sorachi-sensei..I loves all the characters and the arcs you have create until now :D
