Hardcore ninja action at it´s best

I really liked this anime. Beautiful animation, great pacing of the plot, great characters(both on the good and the bad side, btw which is which is not crystal clear) and fairly good dialogue(it was sort of lacking in places, but I´m not sure if that was due to a weakness in the dialogue itself or just things that got lost in translation when they dubbed it). Don´t worry about it being dubbed though. This is one of those rare gems that actually sounds perfectly fine in english. The voice actors did a good job of delivering their lines, they only got a little over the top at times, and some of the names were mispronounced but that´s to be expected since they´re japanese names. At least they kept the japanese names instead of switching out their names like so many other shows. It also felt very authentic and as if you really were back in that era, so that´s also a plus.
