The animation is enough for u to watch so if we add unique storyline and some entertainment with more than group of characters and how the author line them, then u hv a great anime with story for each character.
I think it is linked to anime Durarara!!! beacuse some of Baccano characters show up their and also the same style of how the author telling the story.
9/ 10 for the anime, Recommended.
